Hello and Merry Christmas from everyone at the Oakley Jib-Vid. We are pleased to announce that the 2010 Oakley Jib-Vid will be held in Mayrhofen from the 17th-19th March 2010. With less than 13 weeks to go, planning is well under way for what is expected to be the best event yet.

We will once again be using the incredible Vans Penken Park as our main location, adding some special features of our own to complement the already amazing setup that is in place. This will give teams the best opportunity to pull off the biggest and best tricks to make the 2010 Jib-Vids truly breathtaking.

The website will be going live on the 10th January with all the event and entry information, the entry deadline for selection is the 19th February so make sure you have submit your team details before then, remember it is free to enter. Please include links to your latest and best video projects with your entry.

The Oakley Jib-Vid is not a contest that is looking to get cash from you for two runs at a jump and then give you a medal in return, we care more than that about our competitors. When your team gets accepted to the Jib-Vid you receive your lift pass for two days riding, accommodation for 3 nights for the team, food to keep you going as we realise it is pretty tough and access to all the parties if you still have the energy.

Obviously you also get the chance to win a share of the 10,000 euro prize fund as well as the other great prizes on offer.

The Oakley Jib-Vid is THE event of the winter and not to be missed by anyone.
